AppleScript Error Message (-1728)

Hello,

I just got Filmredux and I am attempting to convert an mkv file. When I start the conversion I get an AppleScript Error window saying: Can't get text item 1 of "". (-1728) I hit OK, and it appears that the conversion starts. I let it run overnight, but the main window still said: Starting Conversion... and no progress was made in the conversion. Any ideas? Thanks! I did install the extras. I tried looking around the net for possible solutions, but I haven't come across any. I forgot to mention before that I'm running Snow Leopard.

try ReduxEncoder its been fixed in that
